HOW TO PARTICIPATE
Navigate the Internet to http://www.scottbrand.com/fourweektestdrive or https://www.facebook.com/ScottNaturals and follow the steps to make a pledge to "Take the SCOTT Naturals™ 4-Week Test Drive." You will be asked to provide your zip code and state of residence. You are only permitted to go online to take the pledge one time per week, per person.

HOW IT WORKS
As part of this program, Sponsor will be making a $50,000 donation (the "Donation") to the National Association of State Conservation Agencies. By taking the pledge, you are encouraged, but not obligated, to try Scott Naturals products for 4 weeks. Sponsor will be calculating the number of pledges made from each of the 50 United States. The National Association of State Conservation Agencies has agreed to use the Donation for conservation efforts in the state with the most pledges/participation (as it relates to population based on the 2010 U.S. Census). Final conservation efforts will be determined solely by the National Association of State Conservation Agencies consistent with its mission toward conservation/forestry efforts in that state. For information about the National Association of State Conservation Agencies go to http://www.nascanet.org/Index/index.php. The winning state will be announced in July 2012, on www.ScottBrand.com. In the event two or more states have the same percentage of eligible pledges, the winner will be determined by a random draw from those top states. In the event the winning state does not accept the conditions of the $50,000 prize, it will go to the next winning state. Each state has an equal chance of winning.
