Eligibility: Scott Naturals^™ "Take the 4-Week Test Drive" Sweepstakes (the "Sweepstakes") is open to legal residents of one of the fifty (50) United States or the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry AND have a valid email address. Sweepstakes is void where prohibited. Persons in any of the following categories are NOT eligible to participate or win prizes: (a) any person who, at any time on or after April 4, 2011, was or is a director, officer, or employee of Kimberly-Clark Global Sales, LLC (the “Sponsor”), or its respective parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, franchisees, service agencies or advertising and promotion agencies; (b) individuals and third parties associated with the development, production or distribution of materials for the Sweepstakes or engaged in the administration or execution of this Sweepstakes or immediate family (i.e. parents, children, siblings, spouse) and persons residing in the same household.

Timing: Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 AM Eastern Time (“ET”) on April 4, 2011, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on September 30, 2011 (the “Promotion Period”). Sponsor’s computer is the official timekeeping device for this Sweepstakes.

How to Enter: During the Promotion Period, visit www.ScottBrand.com/naturals (the “Promotion Website”). You will have the option of participating in the Scott Naturals 4-Week Test Drive Program (the “Challenge”), or advance directly to the Sweepstakes Registration Form. If you elect to participate in the Challenge, the results of the Challenge will not impact your chances of winning the Sweepstakes. Follow the links to complete the online registration form and accept these Official Rules. After successfully registering and accepting these Official Rules, you will automatically receive one (1) entry in the Sweepstakes. Limit: One entry per email address per day.

Incomplete or inaccurate entries shall be deemed void. All registrations/entries must be received by no later than 11:59:59 PM ET, September 30, 2011. In the event of any dispute regarding the identity of a person submitting an online registration, the registration will be deemed submitted by the authorized e-mail account holder, which is defined for purposes of these Official Rules as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, online service provider or other organization that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address.

Personal information collected from participants will be used by the Sponsors for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes, unless participant has elected to receive additional information and promotional material from Sponsors or a third party. Prizes: There is one (1) Grand Prize consisting of a 2011 Ford Fusion Hybrid SedanVehicle with standard equipment. The Approximate Retail Value (ARV) of each Grand Prize Package is approximately: $28,100. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a similar vehicle of equal value if specified vehicle is not available.

The Grand Prize Winner will be solely responsible for all car title, license and registration fees, freight, delivery, dealer prep, emissions inspection, additional equipment, all federal, state and local taxes, insurance, gasoline, vehicle maintenance and all other fees and expenses associated with the receipt and use of the prize vehicle. The interior and exterior color options of the Grand Prize vehicle will be coordinated with the winner. All additional car options will be the responsibility of the winner who must provide proof of valid insurance and driver’s license.

Total ARV of Prize being awarded: $28,100.

Grand Prize Drawing and Odds: The Potential Grand Prize winner will be selected in a random drawing, under the supervision of the Administrator, on or about October 7, 2011, from among all eligible entries received. Odds of winning will depend on the total number of eligible entries received. Administrators’ decisions are final in all matters relating to this sweepstakes.

How to Claim Your Prize: The potential Grand Prize Winner may be contacted by phone, mail or email with instructions on how to claim the prize. The Potential Winner will be required to furnish proof of identification to determine eligibility. Before being declared a Winner, Potential Winner, may be required to execute and return an Affidavit of Eligibility/Liability & Publicity Release and a W-9 form (for U.S. residents) within fifteen (15) business days from the time they are postmarked as having been sent by the Sponsor’s representative or the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. No substitution or transfer of prize is permitted, and no cash equivalent for any prize is offered, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. In no event shall more prizes be awarded than the number stated in the “Prizes” section above, and fewer, if insufficient qualified entries are received. Each prize winner shall be responsible solely for all federal, state, local taxes (including income and withholding taxes), if any, as well as any other costs and expenses associated with prize acceptance and use not specified herein as being provided are each Winner's responsibility. Delivery of vehicle will take place at a dealership designated by Sponsor within approximately sixty (60) days of notification. Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission from the winner to the Sponsor and its agencies to use such winner’s name and/or likeness for advertising and publicity purposes, without further compensation, except where prohibited by law. Return of prize or winner notification as undeliverable, failure to respond to notification, failure to reach the winner and/or failure to provide required proof of eligibility, and any other required documentation in a timely manner may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner. Non-winning participants will not be notified. Winning a prize is contingent upon fulfilling all the requirements set forth herein. Undeliverable prizes will not be awarded, except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

Sweepstake Conditions: This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws. By participating, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator and waive any right to claim ambiguity in regard to the mechanics of the sweepstakes or the interpretation of these Official Rules. Winners and participants also agree to release, discharge, indemnify and hold harmless the Sponsor, its subsidiaries, affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents, from and against any claims, damages or liability due to any injuries, damages or losses to any person (including death) or property of any kind, resulting in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize offered, or participation in this sweepstakes, including any travel related thereto or participation in any prize related events.

Sponsor is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by website users or by any of the equipment or programming associated with, or utilized in, this Sweepstakes, or by any technical or human error that may occur in the processing and/or transmissions in the Sweepstakes. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries. Sponsor is not responsible for any problems or technical malfunction of any telephone network or lines, computer online systems, servers or providers, computer equipment, software, failure of email due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website or combination thereof, including injury or damage to participants or to any other person’s computer related to, or resulting from, participating in or downloading of materials in this sweepstakes. If, for any reason, the Sweepstakes is not capable of running as planned, including, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, worms, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the reasonable control of the Sponsor that may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Internet portion of the Sweepstakes, and select winners from all Internet entries received up to the time of termination.

Any person attempting to defraud or in any way tamper with the mechanics or logistics of this Sweepstakes will be declared ineligible and may be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.

Disputes: Except where prohibited by law, all disputes concerning this Sweepstakes will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws, rules and regulations of the state of Wisconsin, without regard to its choice of laws or conflict of laws provisions. Participants agree that all causes of action arising out of or in connection with this sweepstakes, or any prize awarded, shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action.
