Irvin and Clarence Scott in Philadelphia. Scott Paper Company purchased all rights to the WALDORF® Trademark, making it our first branded product. Scott introduced Sani-Towels, sold only to commercial customers to help prevent the spread of a mild epidemic of colds. Scott was the first to introduce paper napkins.
