Scott^® Brand Production Spans Across America

Scott Paper Company was founded in Philadelphia in 1879. To this day the largest producer of Scott^® 1000 toilet paper is our mill in Chester, PA, where about 600 employees produce 2 million rolls a day! Other Scott^® paper mills are located across the country, for example in Mobile AL, Beech Island SC, and Jenks OK. The vast majority of Scott^® toilet paper and paper towels are manufactured in the United States of America from domestic and imported materials, a minor part of the production is in Canada and Mexico.
