Rated 1 out of 5 by from Worst T-paper ever! We bought a 15-pack of Scott 1000 bath tissues. We put 1 roll in each of 3 bathrooms. After we each used it, we agreed that it was not acceptable; too small and too thin. We will not "stick" any of our relatives or friends with what's left, and will throw away the remaining 12 rolls. You should take this product off the market.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Can't get roll unglued/opened Why does one have to be a mechanical engineer or have long fingernails to get the 1000 tissue roll to start? You waste so much paper trying to start the roll and then it turns to shreds. Once you get past the shreds you are okay.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from The "Non-Product" Scott used to be my go-to toilet paper. Most stores carry it and it's a decent price. But Value? TERRIBLE! Onion paper is thicker. It is so thin it is see-through. Don't waste your money. Generic brands are better.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Not the same I have used Scott brand T.P. for more than twenty years. It is not the same quality that it used to be. It's 1 ply instead of two, It just dissolves away in seconds, so the value is no longer there either. I will not be buying Scott 1000 anymore. From Long time customer

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Not the same I am relieved to see others saying this is not the same product it used to be! I have bought Scott tissue exclusively since 1993. I always buy the 12 or 15 pack, and they are distributed through four bathrooms. The last pack I bought is terrible. It feels rough, and side by side comparison with previous rolls confirms this. I actually prefer the paper in my workplace public restroom to this stuff. Not sure I can stand to finish out the 12 pack! Do I need to buy the "soft" variety now to get the product I expect? Very frustrating.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from You can't scam a long time user!! Have purchased Scott toilet paper for 40 years and 7 children. You can keep saying the toilet paper has not changed but we are not buying it. The sheets are not only smaller but very thin. The rolls disappear so much faster. I was going to count the sheets but there may still be 1000 but it is 1000 sheets of poor quality toilet paper. Shame on you for trying to pass this off as the same quality product we have always counted on from what was once a great company.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Life long user..... no more The quality is not the same. It breaks apart in use. I have used Scott for many decades, shame to see another quality product go down...I have switched brands. My only concern there, is I had always trusted that Scott was safe for my cesspool, the new brand claims to be so....we shall see. Scott always was a bargain price too--- now it is the same as the brand that I switched to.
